Know when to ask for help

Call us for a consultation to get extra support and guidance when:

• Preparing to address questionable employee work performance, workplace threats, harassment, interpersonal conflict, or similar issues
• An employee expresses suicidal thoughts or threatens to harm themselves or others
• A traumatic or tragic event occurs (deaths, personal loss, injury, violence)
• Preparing for organizational change, downsizing, or restructuring

Your Account Executive will review the situation with you and help identify next steps, which may include employee coaching, EAP supervisory referrals and/or on-site services.
