The Executive Health Program offers your top leadership a premier customized health care experience:
Executive Physical
The experience begins with an Executive Physical. Your leaders will be invited to join us in our executive suite at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center on a day that works with their schedule. The experience is private as we talk with them one-on-one to get to know their current health status and lifestyle to identify any potential issues.
A nurse coordinator will work with the executive to arrange a complete schedule of care to ensure the visit is comprehensive and efficient. He or she will also act as the single point of contact for:
- Communication between the executive and our team of physicians
- Answering questions
- Connecting the executive with additional resources
- Collecting and organizing medical records and other paperwork
Medical evaluation
The Executive Physical includes a general medical evaluation for the early identification of potentially serious health problems that can save the company both time away from work and expensive health claims.
Diagnostic testing
We conduct comprehensive diagnostic testing – including blood, urine, EKG and stress tests – to assess for chronic diseases.
Risk factor assessment
Our team of health care professionals will evaluate the results of the executive's assessment, identifying high-risk areas and making recommendations for a customized personal care plan. We've drawn physicians and care team members from more than 60 countries, bringing deep expertise and insight to patient care. Patients have come from all 50 states and 26 countries to experience the world-class care offered by Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
Lifestyle management
The physician will discuss with the executive lifestyle risk factors that can be altered for better health. When appropriate, an exercise physiologist and/or registered dietitian will assist executives in achieving the recommended changes.
After visit report
After the exam is complete, the executive will receive a detailed report of the findings, along with suggestions for follow-up care. The results can also be sent to the executive’s primary care physician upon request.
