Illinois Masonic Dental Campaign
Make a giftThe Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center Department of Dentistry has a 53-year history focused on serving special needs and medically complex pediatric and adult patients.
Without Advocate Illinois Masonic’s dental program, most of these patients would not have access to care as we are one of only a few programs of this kind in the country.
Our team of general and pediatric dentists, dental anesthesiologists, oral surgeons, medical specialists and residents (general practice and dental anesthesiology) provide superior quality, safe care for our patients for whom specialized equipment, strategies, and techniques, in addition to multiple clinicians, is often required.
Our vision has always been to improve access to oral health care and close the gap for both adults and children who are often most at risk for poor oral health. Over the past five-plus decades, we have served more than 100,000 special needs patients. Today, with the number of dental rehabilitation cases in under-resourced communities growing, we are faced with a space that is too small, further limiting access to dental care.
With the help of lead funders Delta Dental of Illinois Foundation and Illinois Children’s Healthcare Foundation, and additional philanthropic efforts, we are building a new state-of-the-art Dental Center designed to better support our patients and expand our capacity. And we still need your help!
That’s why we recently launched the Bridge to the Future fundraising campaign. Your contributions are essential to:
- Secure the equipment needed to care for patients in our new space.
- Cover the ever-increasing cost of care for our medically complex patients.
- Increase the reach of our Mobile Dentistry Program.
- Grow our training program and offer more educational opportunities for dentists and residents.
We invite you to partner with us to help improve access to dental care for our special needs, pediatric and dental anesthesia patients.
