The Chief Academic Officer (CAO) Cabinet leads and coordinates academic programs across Advocate Health to build the preeminent national academic model.

In collaboration with Wake Forest University School of Medicine, the academic core of Advocate Health, and in partnership with other academic institutions, the CAO Cabinet advances graduate medical education, professional development and community partnerships. They create new care models and foster translation of research discovery into clinical practice, with an intentional focus on Advocate Health’s growth as an academic learning health system.
