Kinneil Coltman

Kinneil has over 20 years of health care experience, leading strategies to advance health equity, DEI and the well-being of communities. Kinneil oversees the Consumer and Social Impact Function, including enterprise Philanthropy, DEI and community impact, Marketing, Brand, External Communications and Consumer Experience. After joining the organization in 2016, she served as the architect of our enterprise social impact strategy. Previously, Kinneil held dual appointments as Chief Diversity Officer for Greenville Health System, now known as Prisma Health, and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville. She chairs the board of directors of the Urban League of Central Carolinas and also holds board seats on Leading On Opportunity Council and One Charlotte Health Alliance.
