Ken D. Haynes

Ken has over 30 years of experience across the continuum of health care. He oversees Advocate Health’s Enterprise Services function, which includes Innovation & Commercialization, Ancillary & Support Services, Ambulatory, Strategic & Operational Consulting and Business Development. A leader with the organization since 2017, Ken previously served as the lead for the Advocate Health Southeast Region. Ken has held executive roles with CHRISTUS Health Santa Rosa Health System, Saint Joseph Health System, St. Vincent Health System and Baptist Memorial Health Care System. He currently serves as a member of the boards of the North Carolina Healthcare Association, the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, the Carolina Center for Specialty Surgery and the University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Health Services Administration.
